A handsome Arts & Crafts period fire basket in wrought and cast iron. The fireback is beautifully cast with a central crown, which is surrounded by entwined sprigs of oak. This is mounted with a generous grate which is enclosed by the bow fronted bars and mounted with a fleur de lys log spike and two large orb finial andirons. The grate still has its original ash pan.
