A large antique Carrara marble, Louis XV style chimneypiece. The panelled frieze is centred by a plain oval cartouche, flanked by a pair of carved shell endblocks set beneath the moulded serpentine shelf, all supported on panelled angled and scrolled console jambs on simple footbocks.
