A Relic arched cast iron fireback dated 1722 with a Ducal coat of arms showing two crowned eagles , either side of two floral " C " scrolls flanking two oval emblazons behind which can be seen furled banners... surmounted by a Ducal crown.... incorporating heraldic features from the houses of Anjou / Burgundy / Bourbon / Naples . Image before restoration of crack, othgerwise in sound condition. Probably period...18c or earlier.
