GRACEFUL AND PLAYFUL ROCOCO : An English Rococo Revival brass mounted dark patinated steel serpentine fender...which could be burnished to a silver finish.., each end with a solid cast bronze figural finial depicting a Trysting youth...all agog doncha know ?.. and a delightful maiden..with shapely knees.. etc... in late 18th century costume. Early 19th century.

OUR COMMENTS : Reminiscent of Susannah York and Albert Finney in the enchanting, see again 1963 film - romp of Henry Fieldings " Tom Jones ..a foundling ".
