A very interesting large Arts and Crafts Oak chimneypiece with overmantel.The carved features most attractively conceved and executed, and the overmantle inset with a copper embossed panel of a coastal scene with ship and lighthouse, Ionic capitals over strapwork decorated lower columns with typical period carved and high and low relief detail. Northern England , late 19th century.
