7804. A RARE AND DELICATE ENGLISH ROCOCO PERIOD chimneypiece in Olde English Marble. The low relief carved central shell cartouche is delightful in its simplicity , carved from the surface of a plain serpentine frieze bordered by likewise subtly graciously scrolled , angled jambs, Lily leaves descending from the upper scrolls.
