6354. GRAND LOUIS XIV BAROQUE : A grand and splendid Louis XIV Baroque Chimneypiece richly carved in beautiful clear white , blue and purple veined Pavonazetto marble. The large serpentine shelf over the massive scrolled frieze centered by the heart shaped scrolled cartouche flanked by spreading coconut palm fronds over a deep concave recessed , lazy arched opening supported on panelled fluted jambs. Circular carved roundels on the side returns. French ca 1860.
