The breakfronted shelf is over a long fluted frieze finely inlaid with carved Bellflower decoration...with Campana urns on the endblocks, supported on waisted and fluted shoulders descending onto square blocks carved with high relief floral paterae down to tapered jambs inlaid with Verdi Antico green marble flutes. English circa 1775, with restorations.
