AN UNUSUAL AND WELL CARVED OAK CHIMNEYPIECE IN THE NEO GOTHIC MANNER OF A.W.N.PUGIN (1812-1852). The contoured shelf over the open clover leaf frieze, flanked by typical Pugin oak leafage decoration, supported on multi column jambs. Image before restoration and polished revival. English, mid 19th century.
