8970 : A large Arts and Crafts stone chimneypiece in the Tudor manner, with very fine carved detail on the frieze depicting wood nymphs playing instruments with cornucopia, scrolled floral and mask decoration. Carving also low down on the faceted jambs depicting further mythical creatures.
