A VERY WELL CARVED SCOTTISH ROCOCO CHIMNEYPIECE: The white Statuary marble serpentine shelf supported over the frieze which is centered by a rich high relief carved floral shell Cartouche flanked by grand outward angled "C" scrolled console jambs descending to a leaf bedecked base also scrolled. Scottish late 19th century.
