A large Neo Classical Terracota Campana Urn, probably by Blashfield... with decoration in the Greek Revival manner, after Bertel Thorvaldsen and Thomas Hope.Frieze features under the Anthymion motif beneath the rim shows various figures typical of Ancient Greek inspiration..showing flower and fruit maidens, minstrels and an Angel. The handles butted by the heads of River Deities.Awaits further research.
