A large bronze, richly adorned figural fountain in the Roman Baroque manner. The large robed putto seated upon a rock and blowing a horn centred in the wide basin which is decorated with lion masks, cartouches and roses around the circumference, supported on a triple section pedestal profusely decorated in the same manner on a circular base. Indistinct signature Meeriquand.
French or Italian, late 19th century.
